Vice-Principal	Mr James Han	Education should empower students to understand themselves and the society they live in, and to see learning as a means for personal growth and social responsibility. Teaching, to me, is about helping students develop the values, critical awareness, and agency to improve both themselves and the communities they belong to.
Vice-Principal	Mrs Audrey Wong	"Education is not preparation for life; it is life itself." ~ John Dewey Education should be experiential and connected to real life, not just preparation for some future state. Students should also exercise reflective thinking, and learn from reflecting on their experiences.
Vice-Principal (Administration)	Ms Tan Lay Yen	Education should inspire not just inform. Teaching should build confidence, cultivate empathy and prepare students to contribute meaningfully to the world around them
